HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (74%) and the Government of Rajasthan (26%), developing a 9 MMTPA refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Barmer district. This greenfield project, with a project cost of over $8.7 billion, includes a 589 km Arab Mix Crude Oil pipeline from Mundra to Barmer.
